COMPANY PROFILE
Mercury International, Laos is a separate operating
unit built-in in Mercury Logistics Thailand as the country is not
requiring actual investment and own facility. The distance from
the Thai check point to Vientiane, the capital of Laos is very near,
across the Thai - Laos Friendship Bridge, it take not more than
10 minutes by any local transport. Laos is the landlocked country
accessible by road to Thailand and Vietnam, in practice, moving
freight across the border via bonded road transportation to our
affiliated CFS station in Nhong Khai at the Thai/Laos frontier on
the Thai side. From that CFS, cargo will be moved on bonded trucks
to Thailand seaport or airport whichever is applicable based on
trading terms. Though, Laos is having international airports of
its own, but the operations are restricted for passengers, most
of the airlines are operating on small body aircraft, which are
not facilitating the carriage of cargo shipments. The other establishment
